Unable to use card & contact CS


I've been unable to use my credit card since the middle of March (2022), I have absolutely no idea why this has happened as I've had the card for 15 years without an issue. However I simply can't get in contact with the company who the card is with, I've tried e-mails, phone calls and even a letter with zero response.
What can I do here? At this point, I'd be happy closing the account seeing as they don't seem to employ anyone to work for their customer service team.
The card is with creation.co.uk.

Is it a new card (renewal or replacement) you have just received? As no card is valid for 15 years. If it is then it might require validating before use.
How do I activate my card?
Creation credit cards are posted to you unactivated for your security. To start using your card you must register and log in to your Online Account Manager, My Account, where you can activate and manage your card 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
Alternatively you can also call our Credit Card team on 0371 376 9214 and follow the instructions.
Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 8.00pm
- Saturdays, 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Sundays, 10.00am - 4.00pm

Even if a creation staff member picked this up, & as we do not have officially sanctioned company reps. There would be nothing they could do.
Should have better luck today given yesterday was a Public Holiday in the UK. So some Bank staff will have had the day off.
