Help ! I live in a park home on a privately owned site and pay my gas, water and electric directly to the site owner who is responsible for reading my meters every quarter . As every household is entitled to receive the “credit” of £40 off their next bills do I qualify ?
I have no direct link with any energy company …in fact i don’t even know who supplies my electric , Does anyone out there know how this will work ? I'd like to know the correct procedure before I raise the issue with the site owner. Forewarned is forearmed !

Forewarned is forearmed !If you are talking about the £200 that will be coming later this year and then subsequently recovered in £40 blocks over the following years, then no, as you do not have an energy account in your name you will not be getting the £200 unless something changes in the way it is to be delivered.

On the other hand, if you pay council tax, and your property is in Band A to Band D you should receive the £150 rebate. The £200 bill credit in October would have to have been repaid over following 5 years, so it's not real loss not to receive it.1

Do check if you qualify for the Park Homes Warm Home Discount scheme though, I think the applications for that reopen around September this year...

Thanks everyone for your help . It seems the answer is no ! Am not too bothered as its repayable anyway …….just have to make sure we don’t move into property for which we have responsibility for the electricity in the next few years or we’ll have to pay back something we’ve never had !!0
