April 2022 bill on old rates

Hi everyone,
I am with Scottish Power and I was on a fixed tariff which ended in April 2021 so from that point onward, they were supposed to put me on the standard tariff as it's the normal practice. For some reason, my monthly bills still have that old tariff which was "Super Saver April 2021 B6" and I have compared my last month's bill with the one I received this morning, and the rate which they used to charge me for electricity and gas, is still the same and hasn't increased.
Should I flag this with their customer support team because the last thing I want to go through is for them to get back me to a few months down the line and say their system made a mistake and charge me for all the difference in one go? I have a smart meter for electricity while I manually upload gas readings in their system.

I'd be tempted to tell them in writing or via an online chat you can keep a copy of. If they do nothing, you've done your bit and I'd think the 12 month backbilling agreement would start to kick in, limiting your potential extra cost.
After all, if prices had fallen and you'd been overcharged, you'd be on their case big time.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Finally got through to a chat agent in India and after explaining the issue, the operator confirmed that I should have been put to variable tariff almost an year ago when my previous tariff ended in April 2021. I was told that I will stay on this cheaper tariff for another 30 days and they will move me to standard variable rate(the one with new price increase) at start of June. Despite me trying to get an answer about any possible back billing, the operator couldn’t confirm anything and did told me that I will receive an email with that information in coming weeks.0

Well, SP still hasn't updated the tariff on my account, I was billed on the old rates and haven't received an email from them either. Is there anything else I am supposed to do or just export the live chat and hold on to the screenshots?0
