Conservatory to a bedroom...Will this work?

Hi,
So we have two double bedrooms upstairs a double downstairs in converted garage but we are in desperate need of a fourth bedroom so we are considering giving up our bedroom and sleeping in the conservatory we have a proper insulated roof, heating and curtains and blinds. Could this work? We have no scope for further extension sadly

Yes. No reason why not. In fact that's where our 83-year old mil slept for the past 3 loooong years...
Like yours, it's a 'proper' room with solid, insulated roof, and CH rads connected to the house. It's a 'proper' room, only more glassy

You might want to consider heavy weight, and full length, curtains for the winter months.  Large areas of glass may make that area colder than the rest of the house in winter.

And so much hotter when the sun finally shows its face!

    Who would stop you?

One thing you might want to consider is whether the information you've given your home insurer will represent the true nature of the house and your living arrangements.  It could be important if you need to make a claim in the future.
