I gave them a reading in March, they estimated at the end of the month and have an actual reading now. Seems their estimation algorithm has suggested that I used NOTHING in March when prices were cheaper and EVERYTHING in April when the new charges are in place that are double.
Just worth checking - I am now disputing a couple of hundred quid......
