Lost Returned Parcel’s

Hi,

I’m hoping someone can offer advice.

I recently returned 2 parcels to Littlewood’s through Yodel Collect Plus. They haven’t arrived back at Littlewood and unfortunately I’ve lost my tracking receipt issued from the collect plus shop.

Littlewood’s advise was to return to the shop and ask them if they could help find my tracking number, they couldn’t. Today I’ve contacted Collect Plus, they’re saying they can’t help!

Has anyone got any advice please.

Who paid for the return courier? You or Littlewoods? Did you not do it online and get an email receipt?

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
  • It was Littlewood’s, they emailed me a returns label but apparently I need the tracking number to trace the parcel. Having a copy of the return label is not sufficient.

The return label has the tracking ID on it so if you have a copy of the label you can track its progress.  I regularly send Yodel Collect Plus "return" parcels and the number is on the label below the bar code.
  • Thank you molerat. I had no idea that was my tracking number, I’ve just been on Yodel and it’s still out for delivery! I’ll give the tracking number to Littlewood’s

As already mentioned by molerat, the tracking will be on the label that they supplied.

Keep an eye on what the tracking says, but if they do go missing, then the courier's contract is with Littlewoods, as it was them who supplied the label, so it is not up to you to chase it - Littlewoods would have to refund.

If Littlewoods provided the label and the label had the tracking number on it, it begs the question as to why Littlewoods were asking your for the tracking number...
