Gas and electric refund

Hi

I am looking for help my gas and electric is with sse and I had bill and I credit but they won't give full amount as said it is new rule from ofgem. This is the first year it has done it. I also have a smart meter and pay by dd so same amount each month. I was just wondering if this is correct

As @Mstty asked how much is your credit?

Also how much do you pay as direct debit at the moment and when was your last DD review? Did they tell you what the new DD will be?

As you know we the cost has increased drastically and SSE might have worked your credit into the new direct debit they will need. If they give you the money now they would need to increase your DD.

Electric was £99 and gas was £74 but now had £19 bk on gas
