RULES OF THE GAME 

“WHO’S GONE EUROPA? THE UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE”  

(“THE RULES”) 

ORGANISATION OF THE GAME 

1. These Rules apply to the free game without obligation of purchase named “Who’s Gone Europa – The UEFA Europa League” (hereinafter: “the Game”).  The Game is run by the Union des Associations Européennes de Football (“UEFA”, “We”, “Our”), a Swiss association that is located at 46 route de Genève, 1260 Nyon 2, Switzerland.  
2. The Game will take place between 12:00 CET Tuesday 15 February 2022 until 23:59 CET Thursday 28 April 2022 or such other dates set out at www.uefa.com (the "Website"). UEFA reserves the right to alter or remove the Game at its sole discretion.  

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION 

1. Entry and participation are free.  The Game is open to participants who are residents of UEFA member association countries, with the exception of UEFA members of staff and members of staff of companies involved in developing the Game.  
2. Every application to participate in the Game must be made by a natural person (“Participant”, “You”, “Your”) by registering on the Website. 
3. In order to access the Website and to register for the Game, You are required to fill in personal details. By registering, You represent and warrant that the information You include as part of the access process is accurate and not misleading. Access may be obtained and used only by individual, independent persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old or at least of legal age in their country of residence if such age exceeds eighteen (18).  
4. In respect of Your access to and use of the Website and participation in the Game, You agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself; and (ii) maintain and promptly update Your personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If You provide, or UEFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that You have provided, any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or UEFA otherwise reasonably considers that You have failed
5. to comply with any provisions of these Rules, UEFA has the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your access and refuse You access to any and all current or future use of the Website and/or any other UEFA platforms (or any portion thereof). 
6. When You enter and participate in the Game, You are bound to accept that you must participate in the Game in accordance with these Rules and the terms and conditions of the Website, available at http://www.uefa.com/termsconditions/index.html (“Website Terms and Conditions”).  
7. If You win the Game, You and your guests agree that you may be filmed or photographed and that images and audiovisual footage of You and your guests may be used by UEFA and their commercial partners for promotional and commercial purposes.   

MECHANICS OF THE GAME 

 

To enter the Game You must:  

 Visit the Website;   
Watch a video on screen. A moment from this season’s UEFA Europa League will feature with one player’s face hidden; and 
Select which player you think has been hidden from a multiple choice of three. You must select the correct player and answer to be entered into the draw for the prize.  
You must sign up to or sign in to your UEFA.com account to enter 

• By clicking on the “ENTER NOW” button, You confirm you have read and expressly accepted the Website Terms and Conditions as well as these Rules.
• Participants shall be entered into a draw in order to select the winners of the Game. Only participants who have selected the correct answer are eligible to be selected as winners of the competition.
• There will be three opportunities to enter throughout the course of the competition. Each time, there will be a new video and a new player to guess.  

PRIZE 

1. Travel to the UEFA Europa League Final for a winner and ten guests. The prize includes: 
2. Return flights from winner’s home destination to Seville for winner and ten (10) guests of choice.
3. Accommodation for two (2) nights in UEFA’s designated accommodation in Seville.  
4. Access to food in the designated hotel. Capped at €150 per day equivalent per person. 
5. Eleven (11) tickets for the UEFA Europa League Final. 
6. Unique experiences around the final and during your trip. Including meeting a footballing legend, catering experiences and unique experiences within the city of Seville – winners will also be filmed participating in such experiences.

This is subject to any UEFA and local authority Covid-19 restrictions in force during the Final.  

SELECTION OF THE WINNERS 

 To be eligible to be selected for the prize, winners must meet the following criteria: 

1. Eligible to travel and meet any  travel and local legal requirements.  Please note that, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be additional legal requirements that apply to travel, hotel entry and stadium entry.     
2. Available to travel to Spain between 17th and 19th May 2022.   
3. No previous displinary records at UEFA competitions. 
4. The winner and guests must adhere to any 18+ restrictions.   

 
UEFA has the right to contact winners to interview and vet them prior to allocating prizes.
