My BT TV box (actually a BT branded Youview Plus box) goes into deep standby overnight (to minimise power usage) and then recovers to normal standby early morning so it'll start quickly in the morning.Jenni x0

I have mine set for deep sleep from about 1am to 3pm as I don't watch anything during the day. But while it's in deep sleep mode, it doesn't pass the TV signal through to the TV, so if I notice something on at lunchtime that I want to watch, I have to sit through the BT box lecturing me on how to use standby mode while it powers up. A y-piece in the aerial lead work get around that, but I haven't found one that will fit the standard aerial leads.Jenni_D said:My BT TV box (actually a BT branded Youview Plus box) goes into deep standby overnight (to minimise power usage) and then recovers to normal standby early morning so it'll start quickly in the morning.
