HI
I don't know if i can get any help through this forum Or Indeed get my problem highlighted to the media. I have recently had my new Electricity Bill in from EDF, they have increased my Monthly DD from £175.00 PM to £850.00 PM effective from the 1st May.
I have a Economy 10 Smart Meter and was switched to EDF after the collapse of Green Network Energy. I have tried to resolve this Via there Customer Service/Complaints Dept. and Also to Simone Rossi office. But Still no Resolution. I work for the NHS and I'm now at the point of cancelling my DD as I can't I'll afford to pay this for something that is completely wrong, on a monthly basis until it's sorted. Please any help would be welcomed.

you may be best posting this on the Energy message board. Lots of people are raising the same query.

Basics to check are - Correct meter readings being submitted and used. Are you in debit or credit. What tariffs are/were you on (rates or tariff names). Annual usage. Just electric or is there gas also?
If you can post as much info as possible people may be able to shed some light on the matter.0 -
