There are 3 prizes, each consisting of a 10-night trip to the Deep South, USA for 2 people (aged 18+).

Prize includes:

• Return economy flights from London Heathrow to Nashville (with one piece of checked baggage each);
• Airport taxes;
• Private return transfers (US airport-hotel-airport);
• 1 night 4* hotel on room only basis for the first night in Nashville;
• 8 nights’ motorhome C19 - pick up Nashville - includes Unlimited Mileage Plus Package, Unlimited Generator, Personal & Provisioning Kits, Daily rental fee, Vehicle insurance & taxes - drop off back at Nashville;
• 1 night 4* hotel on room only basis before flying home
• £500 spending money

Prize must be taken by 20th November 2023, excluding 12th December 2022 – 5th January 2023, 3rd April – 21st April 2023, subject to availability. Winners will be required to submit 3 preferred departure dates at least 1 month apart. The requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice of travel. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or altered.

For motorhome hire, prize does not include vehicle kits, taxes on locally purchased items, petrol or propane, campground fees, mandatory $5 Environmental surcharge, Toll Charges, hotel to RV pick up and RV drop off to hotel.

Prize also excludes meals and drinks, tips/gratuities, travel insurance, domestic transfers and any additional expenses. Providing a valid passport and ESTA visa is the responsibility of the winners and guests. Passports must have at least 6 months’ validity and meet entry requirements. It is the winners’ and guests’ responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the USA. Winners and guests should apply well in advance of their date of travel. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promoter and Supplier cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

Winners are also responsible for making sure they adhere to any Covid-19 entry requirements into the USA. The Promoter and Supplier cannot be held responsible for any

winners/guests not having the correct travel documentation, test results, vaccine status or following any COVID-19 regulations.

A full UK driving licence and credit card is required for all drivers (Debit/Solo/cash not accepted). Driver must be aged 21+. A security deposit of approximately $500 USD/CDN

(subject to change) will be taken from your credit card on collection of your vehicle. This will be returned if the vehicle is returned clean and undamaged. Please be aware that the implementation of All-Electronic Tolling is becoming more and more prevalent in many popular areas of the USA. ""All-Electronic"" Tolling means the Traveler using these roads has no option to pay local tolls with cash. Instead, a picture of the vehicle's license plate is taken and used to assess toll charges. You are responsible for the payment of these charges.
