Recently ordered a new phone from Samsung and added Samsung Care+ One Month Free (Does not renew), thinking the phone would be covered for the first month in case of any damage then it would cancel with no extra charges.
When the phone was delivered got an email with the Care+ documents that say the policy is for 2 years (as normal different parts of Samsung's website say completely different things).
Phoned Samsung to try and cancel it, the first person said the policy would automatically renew after the first month got put through to another person who said just before the end of the first month I would be sent an email to continue with the policy and enter payment details if I didn't the policy will automatically get cancelled.
Does anyone have any experience with this free month of Care+ and weather it does automatically cancel after the first month?
