Around six weeks ago I booked in for some baby massage classes with a lady on Instagram under a 'brand style' profile.
She was doing the classes at a local playroom which I've used before so I had zero concerns.
The classes start this Friday but I just got a message yesterday to say she's changing venue (from local playrooms to village hall around 3.5 miles from original location), day and time (Friday instead of Thursday).
Then I had a message this morning to say it's not the day and time now and just the venue (it's now going to be done at her house around 3 miles from the original location which was in town and therefore within walking distance for me / or the bus).
The first class is this Friday so this is all super short notice.
I've asked for a refund considering I can't get there as easily and would have to take two buses or a taxi but she'll only give me a 50% refund.
The classes are for five weeks so it's not like it's a one-off inconvenience and you have to pay for the whole five weeks in advance (£50)
Am I right in thinking given this issue I would be entitled to the full refund?
I'm thinking of telling her I'll go to small claims court otherwise?
Thank you.

What was promised in the contract, with respect to location and timings? Was it a "voucher" style transaction, or a booking for specific dates and locations?
Given that it's instagram, I suspect it's all a bit basic when it comes to formal details, so you can suggest small claims court action in the hope it makes her provide a full refund.0 -
If it's under a Brand then raise it with the brand.Life in the slow lane0
