Was referred to British gas for boiler cover by my daughter. With this we were both promised £100 amazon gift card after 60 days. This was on the 14th January this year. We have still not received them after numerous chats and phone calls. Each time we are told it would be 48 hours or it was being escalated to the complaint team. Never had any response from anyone, can't be put through or contact the complaints team direct. We feel we are just being fobbed off and they don't care now they have our money
