Hello I am having the same problem. I was told I could take my tariff with me now being told I can’t. Im in contract with them for 10 more months (signed up on 24 month deal). Let me know how you get in with this I’m going to try to take it further.

Raise a complaint with EDF, stating what they told you when taking it out and see how you get on.
Make sure you mention you will take this to the ombudsman if not satisfied.0
