Hi all where do I stand on this one? Purchased tickets in Sept 21 (postal delivery) for an event next week. I received an email in April saying they were readying my tickets for post now today I have received another email stating they have changed my tickets to Mobile Tickets(app type) Me or my partner do not have these type of devices and never will (that is why we ordered Postal Tickets). I have relentlessly tried to contact them to no avail, any ideas?

i have read through all the legal blurb and no mention of any provision to change tickets from post to mobile? I am still unable to get to speak to anyone from ticketmaster just automated emails stating that it will be dealt within 10 days which is also of no use as the event is 8 days away...i found a customer resolution email that i have also tried to contact them on.0

I've had trouble with Ticketmaster in the past. They don't fair well on Trustpilot.
The link above from zx81 looks promising. Print out all emails or screenshots of evidence of your booking. Plus any other proof, such as bank screenshot with Ticketmaster or the venue visible.
And then turn up in plenty of time to get a new set of tickets from the box office. It's quite possible that just having the bank card or credit card that you paid with will enable the box office staff to print out new tickets no problem.
We once went to a concert without our tickets! Lol! Luckily it wasn't sold out, so we got in the queue to buy new tickets, and were asked if we had the bank card we paid with, and the box office just printed out the tickets again. They were also second row seats so we were delighted!
If possible see if you can Google the venue + box office + phone number. You might be able to talk directly to the venue and get peace of mind.
Good luck!Look at it this way... In a hundred years who's gonna care?0 -
If you have internet access, you might be able to log into your ticket master account and print them off from there? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
