Hi All - can someone provide DCB Legal's email address that I should copy them into when issuing my defence to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk.

Is it essential I copy in DCB Legal?

Most unusual if VCS are represented by DCB Legal.

In other words, to answer you question... no.

Your Claim Form will tell you if the Claimant is represented, and if so, by whom.

No DCB do quite a lot of stuff for VCS/Excel, its very common
