Do you mean don’t email VCS??? I have to send them the N180 don’t I ??but you mean I shouldn’t add any comments about court or costs???0

Don't respond to the VCS letter - it's a pretty regular part of their process, seen often, offering a settlement figure and informing of Elms being no longer involved (why? who knows? they keep doing it! 🤷♂️).
In terms of the N180, I wouldn't provide any landline number, if you provide your mobile, should any unwanted call come through, it's only a couple of clicks to block the number thereafter. In terms of your email address, if you haven't already contacted VCS by email, set yourself up with a throwaway Gmail/Hotmail address to be used purely for the purposes of dealing with this PCN, then, when it's over, let it drift away into the ether. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
