Don't want refund but want the item delivered - what's my right?

Whilst your suggestion seems the best solution, you can't force them to take you up on it.

Update: The company refunded the damaged door and I paid the difference for the other door, and they are delivering the last door seperately for free as it won't make the delivery tomorrow Happy days.

That seems like good customer service. We often say Name and Shame when there's bad service, but the same should apply for good service - Name and Praise.
