Trying to log in all weekend & again today. Keep getting the message "There's been a problem with our system. Currently unable to log you in, please try again later".
Tried ringing as still can't access, seems there may be at least a 30min wait on the phone......"you may wish to try again later". Anyone know if there IS a problem, because this is a bit weird now!

Dealt with my debt through a Step Change (CCCS) DMP.

Got through to customer service, told to clear cache, log off/on. Tried that, no change. Rang sgain, 50 mins holding, she de-registered me, re-registered & waited while I chose new log-ins & successfully accessed. Sorted. No clue why, after so many years it suddenly didn't like me!Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0
