Intensive driving course - refund assistance

I booked a 7 day intensive driving course with a company online.
I had queries so emailed them but very hit and miss if I would get a reply. The instructor was due today but never showed.
Had tried calling them last week and again this morning to be met with receptionists who could only promise that someone would call me back.
No one has.
I had email confirmation that my lessons were to start today but not had any information on when the tests would be or if they had been booked.
Had specifically asked them for these details in case I needed to book time off work.
In their T&Cs it states that any refund request would be dealt with by the driving instructor but I have had no notification on who my instructor is.
No confirmation on if they would be doing the instruction themselves or if this would be under a subcontractor.
So now I am trying to get my money back.
I have raised a dispute with my credit card for services not rendered
Is there a regulatory body I can contact who would be able to assist me further for example?
Currently how I see it is, I have paid them for a service which they have not provided and as no other company has been mentioned my contract would still lie with them.
I did have a random text from another company this morning asking for my postcode, I have asked them how they got my number but so far no links have been confirmed to the original company.

Just let your credit card deal with it.

As per the advice from powerful_Rogue, let your credit card company deal with refunding you. In future, don't pre-pay for driving lessons. You can arrange an 'intensive driving course' with any local instructor, but don't prepay. Only pay after each lesson. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.1
