Chase banking app

I am trying to install the Chase app on my phone. It is a Galaxy A13 runing android 12 and yet the app says it is incompatible. Can anyone advise?

It’s probably only a 32 bit operating system. The Chase app requires a 64 bit operating system.

You need a minimum 4 GB of memory AND a 64 bit OS.
I believe the Samsung A series has a 32 bit OS, more in the link below.

Apologies if this has been discussed already. Has anyone managed to open a bank account with Chase using a non-UK passport? I am not getting anywhere, all I get is an error message suggesting I could try again to rescan the documents and take "liveness" test.
