"I installed a 4kW system in 2014… and only get paid for 50% of what I produce and at 14p per kW and I do not believe that has changed in the 8years I have had the panels? I do feel that I have received less in the last couple of years?"
Can you explain this?2 -

Can you explain this? Can you check your recent FIT statements? you should receive them quarterly from your FIT supplier. The statements should include two elements:- A generation payment in the high teens of pence for every single kWh you've generated in the period (exactly how much will depend on the date your system was commissioned), plus
- An export payment of around five pence per kWh for *half* of the kWh you've generated in the period.
If you want, post a photo of a recent statement here (remove any personal information like your name, address and account number) and we'll offer our opinions.Mine looks like this (my FIT rates are different to yours due to the age of my system but you can see the two different elements):Dweareit said:I do not believe I have ever received more than £600.00 in a year for the last 8years, either I missing something or I have been duped?N.
