Best car for high milage job - efficient and reliable?

Just bought my partner one of these for commuting for work, brilliant on fuel, fun to drive huge boot, can’t go wrong

We have a Civic diesel estate, we have had it 5 years & it is fantastic! It has not had any issues & we have driven it to Warsaw 3 times!
I drove it from Cologne in Germany to Manchester on one tank, the 1st time I drove to Warsaw it did 58mpg @85mph & it will do 68mpg if you have a light foot on the motorway.
