RBS Online Banking Logging out gives Advertisement or Invitation ?

Hi,
Every time I log out of RBS Online (Digital Banking) I get this message and I don't know if its just a general advertisement for everyone logging out, or Targeted to me as an invitation to apply ?, I certainly have never had it before and it happens every time now, does this mean I should apply and see what happens ?.

I just googled 'RBS Premier Banking' and this is what popped up -
"How do I become a premier customer with RBS?To be eligible for a Premier account, you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident with a sole income of at least £100k or a joint income of £120k paid into a Royal Bank account, or have minimum outstanding mortgage borrowings with us of £500k, or savings or investments of at least £100k held with us."
