Does anyone know how many watts the clock on a Hotpoint HAGL60K Gas Cooker uses and should I turn it off at the mains when not using the cooker?

Most likely 1-3w. Could only find info for microwaves but assume would be similar for a cooker.

I don't know about the cooker but my microwave clock uses 10 watts so about £20 odd a year.
I only switch it on when I need to use it.

Likewise, mine is hovers between 0 and 1w
Same for my oven clock so I just leave them on as it's more hassle turning them off! Plus it'll probably cost more in the long run turning them off.
(Neither of them are actually ever set to the correct time)

I turn the clock off on my electric cooker if it's not being used it's just another appliance that's consuming power to tell the time, when not being used to cook food.
Someone please tell me what money is
