1p mobile is offering free phone calls to Ukraine to fixed lines and mobiles to customers. The minimum charge to run the phone per year is £30. They have all the information on 1p mobile on this site I have been with them since 3 tripled some charges so it is a lot more expensive for me but it's the cheapest option I could find. I haven't had any problems with them!
