They have basically had to extend their staffing due to demand and - to be honest - when you think about the imperative to deal with energy costs, I can see why. I will use them again. Physical layout pending apparently. This is a job only the person with solaredge authentication can do. I will go back to Daryl in the fullness of time for a charger and battery when I can afford them.
London. 6.4kwh system, South facing. 16 Hyundai 400kw all black panels w/ optimisers, 6kw Solaredge HD Wave inverter, Solar Iboost with two immersion heaters on one 240l hw tank. Octopus Flux. Ivar 5 Wood Burning Stove. Leaf 62kwh plus Zappi. Two chickens: 1 Light Sussex, 1 Speckled Rock. Omlet walk-in run. Approx 1.5 eggs per day egg generation rate using Marriage's organic layers pellets.

I've just had a Solaredge system installed, I'm still waiting for the log in details (they've sent the mcs cert, dno stuff etc) I'm pretty sure my installer (Ecorenewables) hasn't set up the physical layout though, although admittedly while I knew the panels could be monitored individually I wasn't aware of the whole layout business, pretty neat and I'll ask them about it but expecting a no, oh well.

They will have a diagram showing the barcode or QR code belonging to each optimiser. This is used to generate the physical layout. But only they can, I think, input it so you can see it, and it is typically the usual practice with most businesses to do lots of different clients at once in one go, for workload reasons, as you can imagine.
