Yes, the installer should have set it up. Did they leave behind a map with the quickcodes for each optimiser corresponding to their position on the roof?

Well hopefully they have kept a record of the where they put each of the optimisers otherwise it will be a major pain in the !!!!!!. Anyway, it is is definitely something you need to take up with the installers

Did you go with Light Renewables in the end? If so I hope you have better luck with after-sales than I did!

I was delighted with everything about them  - and it was a good price for quite posh kit - but about this, I am not getting replies to my emails.

@NoobSolar hopefully it will all be sorted.  Not good when you have to constantly chase them!

Well don't forget it is also physically large. A smaller panel with a higher wattage might be more efficient.

RE Light Renewables, they are good with the install and kit but they seem slowish to do paperwork. Whomever you use, make the agreement payment upon receipt of the G99 or G98 from the DNO, not just the Mcs certificate.

They have now resolved my concerns and I think have communicated well about it - in the end.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. They sound very familiar. I'm sure you've read my thread from last year where I was having similar issues.
