I have now received communication from dcbl (Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd), Notice of Intended Legal Action for unpaid parking charge of £170.00. Could you please advise if I need to take any action or wait until I receive communication indicating that court action has commenced?

In preparation for notification of possible legal action, is there anything I need to include that would be necessary and helpful in my defence.

Also - the case of aa92 where CCPC did not submit evidence within the time frame and the comments of fisherjim, my parking charge is in the exact same location,  same alleged contravention but my appeal was unsuccessful. Am I able to use any of the information in my defence?
