Erudio student loan deferment taking ages!

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has had problems recently with their Erudio student loan deferment, as in the amount of time taken to process? I submitted mine online on 25 March and have still heard nothing back, apart from the 'We have received your deferment application' email. Normally, after I've sent everything to them, the turnaround is super quick (sometimes even the next day!) and I've always been successful in deferring as my earnings always falI below the threshold.
I rang them today and they said they've got a 4 week backlog, so in theory, my application should be processed next week latest, but I'm worried as the end of my deferment is 9 May, so I've only got 16 days left. Where do I stand if they say it still hasn't been processed by then (which would have been six and a half weeks from when I submitted my application!)?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Any delays on their part shouldn't affect your deferral but as ever with Erudio, keep all your evidence to hand and especially the email confirming you submitted your deferral, don't lose that whatever you do.0

May be worth looking on the Student Board for information on Erudio loans.
