Housing costs deleted by agent on UC

I’ve just had to apply for UC after becoming a single parent. I have some job interviews lined up. I private rent and I input the proof which was bank statements showing rent going out and also our tenancy agreement between myself and my landlord all signed and dated 3 pages of it.
However somebody on universal credit deleted it. This is what it shows? They didn’t write a message or give me any real feedback or said i needed different proof, just deleted it.

Did anyone else have this? Do they delete it because you didn’t give proof of for privacy reasons? I’m nervous that they don’t think it’s enough proof so I won’t get housing benefit (my claim hasn’t been calculated yet)

Query the deletion on your UC journal, and seek reassurance that the housing element of UC will be paid (it does say proof of housing costs completed).
Possibly, if you are very worried - send your work coach an email, and phone the UC helpline.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
Perhaps once they've verified the documents they no longer need to retain them on the journal. Normally verification would be done by you taking the documents into the JobCentre.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1

Yes, it is normal for uploaded documents to be deleted once they are no longer needed as storing them (a) clogs up the system and (b) represents a data security risk especially where they contain personal / financial information.calcotti said:Perhaps once they've verified the documents they no longer need to retain them on the journal. Thanks for confirming that, Ned. It's as I expected.NedS said:
