@FreeBear - I daren't click the link, just looking at the angle of that chimney instils the fear of God into me.
I had to have one of my chimneys removed in a hurry last year as it was dangerous (experienced builders and roofers were sweating. It cost £2k to get rid of (labour and additional skip costs).No man is worth crawling on this earth.
