Tracing an incoming payment

Hi,
I expect a comensation from a company. They claimed that they made the payment over a month ago but I have not received anything.
They sent me a fund transfer details that is like a progamming code with lines and some codes and strings (and payment details). How could I use it to trace the payment? I have not sent it to the bank yet but they told me over the phone that no payment in that period received or rejected by them.

But the bank said we never received any such payment and so it was not bounced back due to the name mismatch. Also, I am not sure if the names are matched at all.Anyones has seen such transfer details and knows what the fields mean?

The key thing is the acquirer reference number (ARN), that uniquely identifies a transaction between banks and so is the element that needs to be cited when seeking to trace a payment.0
