Ticketmaster sending me in circles

On 19 December 2019 I booked 3 tickets via Ticket master to watch the Killers band at  mullahide castle at the price of  £231.15  for my daughters 30th birthday in June 2020.  This was cancelled and carried over for two years running due to Covid .  Bythe third year I had other plans and requested to cancel my ticket only.  Unfortunately, they took it upon themselves to cancel all three.  This is when the problem started .  I was told I would get my money paid back into my bank within 3 working days.  This never happened  the only way to contact Ticketmaster is ti fill in a lengthy online form, there is no phone number or email address .  I have now filled in over a hundred of these forms.  Each time I receive a no reply email stating various answers.  Sometimes telling me that the money would have been in my banks holding account and to contact them other times stating they can see that Ticketmaster have located the refund in their bank and that the refund will be in my account within 3 working days or they request my bank details which I have sent numerous times.  I cannot begin to explain the frustration and anxiety I have experienced.  I appreciate  it is not a large amount of money but to me it is the principle of how many other customers have they stolen money from.  I refuse to give up whereas I can imagine many people would making this a very lucrative business for Ticketmaster.  I have all of their emails on recording promising me my money then when it doesn’t transpire requesting me to fill yet another form in.  I really do think they need to be held to account for their non existent customer service

You might want to look at their trustpilot reviews. I normally take them with a pinch of salt, but there’s a definite theme there at the moment.

This suggestion might be worth trying:

“Post it many times on their Facebook Page and Twitter Account.
I got nowhere by emailing them for 4 - 5 monthsI posted about 10-12 messages (just added it as a reply to any post) outlining my difficulties on their Facebook Page. I had a response in about 20 minutes.
Got money back in two days.”
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
