Ill fitting UPVC door

The UPVC front door in my dad's house has always had a bit of a draught problem but just down one side, eg, the opening side. Is there a way to adjust the door or frame to pull that side tighter into the frame to create a better seal. There doesn't seem to be any adjustment in the hinges and the only other thing I can you could possibly adjust is the pieces (pictured) on the frame that locking system engages into (not sure what they are called).
