Oaknorth Bank 90 day notice savings account

I just opened one of these savings accounts today. I just wondered if i can transfer across the opening deposit just now or do I need to wait for approval? thanks

If you've been given the account number and sort code, what approval are you waiting for ? Personally, I wouldn't pay anything in until you're all set up for online banking and the account is visible.0

it says you have to pay the money in first and then they send you your online banking details0

Ah, in which case I would make a small initial payment, presuming that this is possible and you can make subsequent deposits ? (This is normally the case with a notice savings account but check the product terms and conditions first)0
