My amazon account got hacked into but Amazon wont refund me

My Amazon was hacked into recently and I took all the measures to make sure it won't happen again as advised. The hacker used both my bank card and Amazon credit, I have received a refund from the bank, however, Amazon have told me that they won't refund me because the person bought a PSN card (digital credit) and that they don't issue refunds for them. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

Probably not, the Amazon terms say that it is your duty to keep your account secure, as you did not they will generally take the view that that cost falls on you. Also be aware that if you have conducted a chargeback or S75 against Amazon they will close your account and blacklist you (and potentially your address).
