Three Mobile Problems

Ok. This may be a little long but I need advice on this.
In March I ordered an S22 Ultra. With promise of Earbuds and the £250 extra when trade in old device. So my order was mid March to be delivered April 11th. The end of promotion to claim would be 15th April so if arrived by then I'd make it.
Except it didn't arrive on the 11th (waste of day off). They said no record of delivery notice so wait 48 hours. Waited. Still no delivery notice. They then said I could cancel and reorder and that phone would come next day. Refund my upfront payment then pay upfront again. Also now because buying after 31st March I'd lose the deals. I should have fought more about losing these but I'd waited 4 weeks by this point. I actually feel like they scammed me here out of the £250. Anyways...
5 working days they said to wait for refund. Its now been 10 days and nothing. They said they can't find the original order and I'd need proof of payment. I sent that but still can't find original order. Now they saying I have to wait another 48 hours to find out what's gone wrong.
What should I do come Monday if they still can't find it. Lost faith in Three.
