Presumably you are getting at least two other firms to quote so you will be able to judge for yourself. I am paying £5.6K for seven windows only but I'm obviously not in London!

Bay windows will count as three (or more) windows - You will also need reinforced corner posts unless you have brick/stone piers in place.
If you are replacing original timber frames (or badly fitted replacements), depending on the age & construction of the property, you may also need lintels fitted to the outer leaf - This requirement should be checked during the survey, but some outfits (looking at you Anglian) don't bother. If a lintel is needed and the installers don't bother fitting one, the brickwork above the window/door slowly collapses.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

Hi yes I do have 2 other quotes. One about 6k more and another about 2k cheaper. This company though has many more recommendations. It is not a big company but a small local business.
