Hi all

No advice needed (this time), I was fortunate enough to complete on a great house this aft so am now officially a homeowner!!

I just wanted to take the chance to say thank you to everyone on this board for the various advices and support you've given me through this FTB journey!

 Since I joined you guys have seen me through countless viewings as well as two fallen sales and you've been a huge sounding board for me throughout the process. 

I will doubtless be asking many many more questions on this board but for now I just wanted to share some appreciation you've been invaluable!

It's always great to hear back from people that have had relevant information from the users here that donate their free time to try and give useful advice. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside even if I didn't post on any of your threads - It's exactly what these forums are meant for.
I was clueless regarding most of the topics that I now often post about before I visited here regularly. Hopefully you can now impart some of your newly gained knowledge to other people in the same situation that you found yourself in

As per Slithery, I don’t know if I’ve posted on any of your threads, but like you, I found this board so helpful during the stressful buying/selling process. So much so that I continue to post if I think I can help.

I found my broker, when I was looking to staircase my shared ownership property, and didn't know where to start, through the "I'm a Broker, ask me anything" post.

It gives me hope that I will yet find my perfectly imperfect property (even after 26 viewings!!!).  Having been outbid a few times now, I have to say it does become tiresome and I definitely have Rightmove fatigue.  So happy for you.  Best of luck!
