Napier parking (via BW Legal) fixed charge notice for transfer of ticket

Just received another letter of claim from BW legal, despite me asking them to put the claim on hold and provide me with all the information they and their client (Napier Parking) intend to rely on in court. I confirmed my details on 22 April, just over 4 months ago, and have a confirmation of receipt. In the confirmation i clearly stated that i expect to hear from them in 30 days.
Received nothing until the repeated LC today. LC is dated 24 August. 
What is my best court of action? Ignore and wait until the County court claim?

I am confused as it is the same case and ref numbers. BW Legal just ignoring my SAR for 4 months

Despite being wasteful, there is no limit on the number of LBCs they can send.

If it is all about the one alleged transgression, then IMHO, just resend your 'delay for thirty days' letter.

BW Legal just ignoring my SAR for 4 months  

Send them a reminder giving them seven days to respond and tell them that if they fail to do that you will report them to the ICO. Carry out that threat if necessary.

I received this response from BW Legal on 8 Nov 2022: "Please be advised as your Subject Access Request (SAR) request wa raised with our client we are unable to comment on the below points. Please contact our client directly to discuss your concerns with the SAR response you received." I have not heard from BW Legal nor their client since. So I assume, they have decided to drop it.
