It is unlikely to happen until hearing stage, if at all.

Your job is to keep highlighting the need to consolidate the two duplicate facts claims in EVERY email, including when returning the two DQs.

Did you see the thread by @Grizebeck last week about the extra DQ question?

Yes I did luckily and said the argument is too complicated to be heard on the papers, hopefully that’s enough!

Hi all, on the MCOL website one of my claims doesn't aknowledge that I have submitted the DQ, it has passed the deadline (30th June) to submit so it's making a me a little anxious. I submitted the DQs for both claims via email on the same day and recieved the automated email response for both.

The automated email response 'for both' should be sufficient, but if you're anxious about it, call the CCBC and get them to amend the record. They have been making some very basic mistakes for some months now - which have cost individuals dear.

This is really nothing to worry about.
The CCBC seem quite relaxed about the receipt of DQs, and if they can't find it, will write to you giving another seven days to return one.

And that’s exactly what has happened. I received a letter saying I didn’t file a directions questionnaire, which I did and have the email receipt for. What shall I do now to make sure they receive this one? obviously I’m a bit worried now that they seem a bit incompetent. Thanks

Email it in, then phone the CCBC in the morning to check where the first one has got to, given you have an auto-receipt for it in your possession. Ask them what's going on, you're under enough pressure without having to deal with the outworkings of their inefficiencies. The admin at the CCBC is pretty atrocious currently.

Sorry to tell you, but you can anticipate a long hold time on your phone call. I'd start early around 9am.

Yep and in fact I would forward the email you sent before and screenshot the email receipt too and ask why the heck they didn't update the case file.

What is wrong with their email handling?  This is basic stuff.
