Rescheduled event but lost emails

In 2019 I booked some tickets for the Killers through thekillersmusic website. If I ordered a CD i got a code for the presales. The event has been rescheduled twice now and is on 1st June 2022. Unfortunately I have lost my email confirmation and only have my bank statement as proof of purchase. This just states Tickets08712200260. This phone number is for see tickets and is not in use. Really confused as to what to do as I can't seem to find proof anywhere. Thekillersmusic.com is now directing sales to ticketmaster and I can't see my tickets in my account there. Anyone any ideas what I can do?

Looking at the website you can enter your e-mail to recover lost emails / booking details

Don’t know the answer but I got an email from ticket master last week to print mine off for the 9th June concert. 

On that basis I think you should have had the same by now, have you checked spam folders, have you changed email adress

Thank you I have my tickets now. Just panicked that I had no proof of purchase.
