These Terms and Conditions govern the TransPennine Express free prize draw. The giveaway is promoted by First TransPennine Express Limited of 7th Floor, Bridgewater House, 60 Whitworth Street, Manchester, M1 6LT.

1 (one) winner will be chosen at random after the closing date and will be notified by direct message within 5 (five) days of the closing date.
The winner will be asked to provide address details when they are contacted in order to claim their prize.
There is 1 (one) prize consisting of a pair of Standard Class tickets to travel to York from anywhere on the TransPennine Express network plus a pair of tickets for an afternoon tea cruise with City Cruises. The afternoon tea city cruise needs to be booked in advance and is subject to availability.
The prize draw closes on 23:59 on 19 May 2022.
The giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate families of First TransPennine Express Limited or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway.
Entry into the giveaway is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry to the free giveaway is by entering your name and email address.
First TransPennine Express Limited accept no liability for lost, uncomplete or illegible entries.
The winners must claim their prize within 5 (five) days of First TransPennine Express Limited contacting them. If a prize is unclaimed after this time it will lapse and First TransPennine Express Limited will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and all prizes are claimed.
The prizes must be accepted as offered and are not transferable or for resale. There is no cash alternative. Advance booking is required for the afternoon tea city cruise
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The winners will be selected by random draw at the offices of the promoter.
Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
The promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) in connection with entry into the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
