These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms.

PRIZE

The winner will receive two tickets to see Ralph Fiennes in Straight Line Crazy at the Bridge There, plus a dinner for two at American steakhouse Smith & Wollensky as well as a stay at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel.

1. a) Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. b) The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Prize (without limitation) including travel costs, other than any specifically listed as part of the Prize and for the specified periods of time (where applicable).
2. The prize consists of two tickets to see Straight Line Crazy at The Bridge Theatre, a voucher to the value of £200 to spend at Smith & Wollensky and a night’s stay in a double room based on two people sharing at the Waldorf Hilton, London. Tickets and hotel stay are valid for Monday to Thursdays only and some blackout dates may apply. The prize is subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. Winners must give at least two weeks notice before their chosen redemption date. An advanced reservation at the restaurant may be required. The prize does not include additional expenses such as travel costs.  

 

COMPETITION PERIOD

 The Competition will run from 09:00am GMT on Monday 18th April to 23:59pm GMT on Monday 2nd May. (“Closing Date”). Entries made before or after these dates and times shall not be eligible. 

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION 

1. a) One Prize draw winner will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries. b) The winners will be: Announced on the relevant platform and contacted via private message on the platform by Monday 16th May 2022 (the “Announcement Date”). The Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the Competition requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter's address set out at the beginning of these Terms. 

2. The hotel stays are valid until the end of May 2023. Black-out dates are UK bank holiday weekends and the 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th of November.
