Shawbrook Fixed Rate Bond Deposits

Does anyone know how long you have to make deposits once one of these accounts is opened?  Can't find the details anywhere in the Ts&Cs and there was a long queue when I tried to call them.
Cheers!

It's a while since I had one of these, but at the time their email said "Deposits can be made into your account until the product is withdrawn."

"8.4 Once Your account is open and subject to the account conditions in the Key Product Information You can make additional deposits to Your account at any time from Your Nominated Account, until the product to which that account relates is closed to new applications (which You can check on the “Withdrawn Products” section of Our Website) or additional funding (which You can check in the Key Product Information). We reserve the right to return any funds deposited with Us after this date. For certain products, You may be able to make deposits even if it is withdrawn if the Key Product Information applicable to that product allows it."

For all other providers ( as far as I know ) it is for a set period. Usually 14 days . Shawbrook are an outlier , allowing deposits sometimes months after opening . From an older thread they even allowed deposits still at previous rates that were better than could be found in the market ( a period when rates were falling). Good for customers but not really good business for them !

    Question

if you open a shawbrook easy access account

then later on you decide to open one of their fixed rate accounts - can you just move money from the easy saver account into the newly opened fixed rate account?

You can`t, but if you send a secure message they`ll do it for you.
