Claiming PFP refunds via British Gas
Does anyone know any contact phone numbers for British Gas where you do eventually get to speak to a human. PFP owed me a credit from February 2021. Despite them confirming it was owed and twice in writing telling me it will be refunded to a given bank account, they still didn't manage to follow through with it. I seem to be getting nowhere with British Gas. It's so frustrating. If this was a small business behaving this way, they would be crucified, why is it that large companies manage to get away with such poor behaviour every day?

BG are a nightmare to phone,Yesterday was waiting on the the phone a1& 1/2 hours & had to give up to go somewhere.When i got back was waiting 32 minutes & they answered then cut me off.
