I just got the following e-mail from Energy Helpline and I was looking to switch soon but as Martin is set to switch with caution didnt know whether to do this or not....

I just been in touch with http://www.homeheathelpline.org
and they rang Scottish power on my behalf as have a child who is pone to cold and they said to homeheathelpline.org that online energy saver 4 is probably best for us we are currently on energy saver 3 online dual fuel0 -
They do have a good service rating,Paul, but whether they are best for you depends on so many things
Just trying to drum up business. If they are significantly cheaper, then go for it, but don't get locked in.0
