Churchill car insurance down?

Hi - since this morning I've been trying to amend my Churchill car insurance policy (change the car). But after I've entered the details of the change (and they find the car from the reg) they say they've got a problem and suggest ringing a phone number. I've rung the number, but after selecting the appropriate option, that also says they've got a technical problem.

I've got a 'new' car coming from Cinch on Thursday and I need to get that insured before I can tax it, although Cinch do offer a free 3 day policy which I can use temporarily.

Anyone else having problems? I wouldn't have expected this to carry on all day, so checking it's not just me.
